1) What is corporate housing?

Corporate housing refers to furnished rentals that are available for an extended stay, typically for traveling professionals who are in town for a short term assignment. This could be for traveling doctors and nurses, business professionals, executives or individuals who are in need of housing for a short period of time.

2) What is the typical duration of a corporate housing rental?

A corporate housing extended stay could range anywhere from 31 days or more.

3) What rights do I have as a tenant, if any?

You are treated as a subleasee and are given a sublease agreement to sign anytime you sign up for a stay in one of our furnished rentals. Tenant rights are subject to the lease agreement at the time of signature.

4) What is your cancellation policy?

We do offer a flexible booking policy, and you are able to cancel your reservation and get a full refund if cancelled 14 days before check-in. However, since we are holding the dates of your reservation for your stay, we cannot refund any dates unused in the case of early cancellation during your reservation period.

5) Do I have to pay in-full at the time of booking?

We ask for a security deposit to hold the booking as well as one month's rent ahead of your reservation. We then ask you to pay month to month during the duration of your stay (if your reservation is for multiple months).
